Issue 1: Belonging

Belonging may be present in a moment, a place, or even a person. Our writers take us anywhere, anytime. Our submissions are now closed and we are in the judging process. We are offering a $200 writing prize, to be announced in August.

Desert rose is a print and online literary magazine uplifting the voices of women of color published biannually. We are now accepting donations and pre-orders.
